Direct Capital Corp is a POOL of private investors interested in making a very lucrative return from funding convertible debt. Fullofkrap is the long time promoter and manager of that pool. He pulls the strings behind SIML and several other penny scams which are not real companies, but exist only as revolving doors from which to dump convertible notes.

They survive on the naivety and ignorance of penny stock investors chasing fantasy outcomes. The best way for you to survive is to not be one of those. They are 'professional' financial predators. GLTY
