But so far it looks like they are not spending the money from dilutive issuance of PHOT shares wisely.

So if the PPS declines, then they need even more dilutive shares to get that same $1 in toxic financing, which then puts pressure on the share price, which requires even more shares for each $1 in toxic financing.....rinse and repeat.

Then they likely need to increase the authorized or do a reverse split, so they can keep dumping shares.

So for many investors, a long-term investment could result in a loss of 95% or more over time.

Buying and holding a serial-diluting pink sheet stock like PHOT that has never made $1, since inception, is risky at best.
