Iam: For A, we know that NeoMedia had no new revenue in the first 9 months of 2015. For B, the patents have never been litigated. The suits filed though were for patents that have since expired. NeoMedia's revenue model under Laura was simply to use a law firm to sell a portfolio of patents that were rapidly declining in value. She had no sales staff. Or marketing. The resulting decline in revenue was the result of that baffling strategy and disastrous execution.
