The share selling scheme is in a catch 22 now. This goes no where without a 10k, but issuing one could be the death knell, as the real version of events as signed by an independent third party ( auditor )probably won't comport with the grandiose story version of artifice endeavored by management here.

So, it's slow death or sudden death for SNEY as the two likely possibilities at this point.
