The saga continues.

Still have not been able to retrieve our telephone bill online so that I can pay it.

Even though I was able to login I reset the password. I am still able to login but still cannot look at the bill or pay it.

My husband had called Verizon last week and told them to mail us a bill. I received an email confirmation that they would mail the bill but it could take 30 days?????? Are they sending it via carrier pigeon?

Yesterday he called them again and really got into it with person on the phone. He said that this problem was a result of the strike and of course the person he spoke to insisted that it wasn't.

He said he would email me a copy of the bill. Five minutes later I received two emails that said exactly the same thing. It was instructions on how to retrieve a copy of the bill online!!!! I KNOW HOW TO DO THAT BUT VERIZON WON'T LET ME

At this point they can wait for their money. When I get a bill from them and I know it's a correct bill I will pay it. It's up to them how long that will take.

The really odd thing is that I can view my Dad's bill online and pay it.

Maybe they are just shutting out employees and retirees?
