The JDA is no longer valid, as Schott Defense no longer exists. Vic is a lawyer, he knows that, but isn't saying it publicly and Schott is not denying it either. The whole Schott deal was tied to federal funding, of which they all got zero! The Schott JDA expired!

He stated the Federal funding strategy would save the day too and that was a complete failure and waste of shareholder equity. He also promised there would be a shareholder meeting back in October 2015, but that never happened either.

Corporate developments my arse! Reverse Split is what is coming around 4:10pm EST on June 1st! Look for a PR right before the call starts, but after the bell!
