If they had good news to share, they would PR it like they won the lottery and then boast about it on the shareholder call. It is after hours due to the material nature of the corporate developments to be released to shareholders.

I doubt they plan to share much of any good news and more likely will announce reverse split and/or a reverse merger with some other display wanna be or somebody wanting to go public with the ticker. Not holding my breath for this conference call.
