Typical massive dilution, using shares to delay mortgage payment. Not even a cent for research and development, even after spending all that money on a lab??? Such BS. Stock to .0001 within a month. Once this was all documented we all knew where it was going. Add PTOI to the list of documented stocks ending up at .0001. Time to move on to the next one.
