Its a complete scam.

If it wasnt the CEO would buy back 100mm shares at levels that are so low that it would only cost 10k $ to eradicate half the common OS. If he believes that it was a regular company with good prospects that an easy one.

With half the OS and real company developments this could drive into the .30 and .40s making his regular common worth millions. A no brainer but alas a scam it is.
