World Poker Fund Holdings has announced plans to launch a social casino/gaming site called CelebrityWorld.com co-owned by rap star Soulja Boy and the former World Series of Poker Main Event Champion Jamie Gold.

World Poker Fund Holdings (WPFH) has acquired a 49% stake in the online gaming assets of Universal Entertainment Group (UEG), which is owned by the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma.
