It's no big deal right now... so they have a temporary point in time they are short a director... I'd rather have them take their time getting the right person... as opposed to hurrying the process and settling for someone just to fill a position...

Maybe JJ is paying the bills for now... as he is flush with cash from selling his shares to Auryn...??? But I don't know that to be the case... maybe Auryn is paying them till cash flow from mining starts...??? Whatever/whoever is paying them... is no big deal either... I'm confident the situation is under control...
