I asked the question badly.
You said that "The conspiracy you envision is smaller than you think it is" in response to the statement "I look forward to Hans Brost and the *swing trading* crew answering questions about their involvement promoting this USSE 2.0."
Your response indicates that you know how small the conspiracy was or is.

Rather than asking "How small is it exactly?" I should have simply asked who was, or who wasn't, involved in it given that I'm sure you wouldn't have made the comment without some knowledge of that.

"they need to put on their big boy pants and continue to march. The sanctions are done. Unless they commit some new offense it's over. Beating a dead horse will not revive it."
I'm sure you understand how hard it is for a person with an inquisitive mind to follow directions that sound very much like "Move along folks, nothing to see here".

"Conspiracy" is one of those words, like "promotion", that can be a little fuzzy depending on the context that it's used in, especially when it comes to talking about a company on a message board. I could conspire with several people to say only good things (true or not) about PTOI, promoting it, and to defend the company against any bad things that are said about it. That's a legitimately defensible conspiracy in this forum...speaking ONLY positively about a company in the hope that that supports the share price of the conspirators investment. That CLEARLY happened here (and still is). People acted in concert to promote this company and its stock. Everybody knows it and I'm not asking about those people and I don't need to be reminded that "it's not illegal to fail". The original post made it clear that there is SOME concern about activities that fell outside the realm of simply agreeing to provide opinions that exclusively acted to support the company:
"Almost time for the SEC/OSC to hold people accountable."

Let's not mince words. Do you know of people, other than paid employees of JBI/PTOI and other than those identified in company filings, who were COMPENSATED IN ANY WAY to promote this company? If so, did those people do so on this board? How many people meeting that description are you aware of? If you know their real names, please provide them.

Thanks. And thanks for the "even handed" comment...it's worth a great deal to me and it's an ongoing challenge.

ps. re: "some that are considered to be involved are not". No idea what you mean by that, but unless they meet the description (people, other than paid employees of JBI/PTOI, who were COMPENSATED IN ANY WAY to promote this company) they don't interest me anyway.

"Successful commercialization is succeeding in the process of
commercializing. It is not successfully having commercialized."

Say what?
