2.36 pre market going,currently way undervalued. $6m cap vs $9m net assets+ millions patent portfolio value per financials.

and also 8k out- "the Company shall receive the following consideration: (i) a cash payment to be made to the Company on or before the close of business on May 24, 2016 in the amount of $4,355,000" (this is almost twice than current market cap!!)
