I'm not really sure what pr you're talking about... In March they put out a PR saying it's in beta testing and last week they said they're done with beta testing and preparing the launch for safedate. I see nowhere that they said they were going to market it soon except for the fact that they are already promoting it in Australia where there aren't any trademark issues.
