You have a very generous nature.

You can argue whether or not HB's actions prompted what some see as an over reaction by the FDA. You can also debate assertions of mismanagement (flawed trial design, ignoring warnings coming in from sites, etc., etc). Reasonable people can differ, and these issues have been thoroughly discussed on this and other boards.

You're right, Harvey's call rebutting Favus did not affect the stock price, the future of Pona was pretty much locked in at that point, and that determined SP. But many blame Harvey for misleading investors, many of whom were trying to figure out what to do: hold until October because it looked like Pona had a good shot at first-line, or lighten up after a big run up. I believe that Harvey knew, or should have known, that there were issues with Pona at that point. Harvey has a history of pumping going back to the early nineties. Perhaps he was willfully ignorant or delusional rather than lying. But it would have been better for him to say nothing and let the data come out rather than stage a spectacle/pep rally that misled many investors. Go back and listen to that call. It's really something.
