Dixie, yes, there was an offer to buy the company, but I understand the Board dismissed it out of hand. I think the company is the one they are partnering with on the production of "Snow White" They never disclosed the offer, but it had to do with the Chinese Billionaire. They state when it was all said and done they were better off this way.
