he did have to "undo" the R/S when he was caught..
He kept saying NO R/S back in 2014, people called the doc a fake..
BUT here it is... I can post the Termination to the R/S if anyone wants it. It was done in March 2014.
After a month of swearing there was NO REVERSE SPLIT!!! He had to terminate the R/S that wasn't there... HAHAHAHAHAA
This was filed on the same day he took HPNN out of REVOKED Status... cool, huh.
