I think the public will see this as competition for the watch. It does everything that the Fitbit does and more according to the brochure. Hopefully the MyCadian watch is more accurate. Could be a big selling feature if it is. Product liability is always a risk but this product is supposed to keep accidents from happening; not cause them. I would assume that Torvec would have insurance for any product liability.
