CDEL was showing his hand for a few minutes, 970K shares at .0004, but has gone back to hiding behind a 10K. I think CDEL is the ax because of this 10K and showing 1M shares on the bid at .0003.

EDIT: CDEL is the only MM at .0004, now, still showing the 10K.

EDIT2: CDEL just moved his 10K to .0005.
