Good morning folks. Like everyone else I'm happy to see that NECA is doing all the right things in order to improve their status by reporting on time and joining many other small stocks in the over the counter market that do the same, thus making them more desirable and a lot safer to invest in. While like many others on this board I believe we're headed in the right direction, there are a couple of things I still can't figure out. Since there are around 2 billion authorized shares out there now, how does this company get them all on the market without diluting this stock price more than it's already been diluted? When you check level 2 you find VFIN one of the largest diluters planted on the ask. When I last looked he had a sell order in way above the current price. He usually starts selling shares in a company a lot higher than this .0001 price it seems to be stuck at now, so something real good would have to happen to get lots more than the couple of million shares that its been trading each day lately to have any affect on the stock price. I'm sure VFIN and the other market makers won't be selling loads of shares at this current price. In other words how does our C.E.O. get our stock price high enough so that these millions of loose shares can hit the market higher than .0001 or .0002 ??? Florida
