Yet that is not what he is saying, the opportunity for a profitable trade is created by hoping that whomever provides the financing tries to inflate the price to maximize their return and thus a trader can piggyback on.

The majority of OTC securities are pure scams, unfortunately Lows advice is outdated to the OTC, the pump is rare these days and it is even rarer that it is ran by a financier. Most of them are by groups who fake PRs and tweets or worse hijack a shell.

Although the mechanics are similar they are not long lasting and offer very little opportunity.

I also wouldn't use the term "VC", the only financiers left in the OTC are Toxic Financiers who just get terms to continually issue shares at steep market discount, in some disclosures as much as 70% to market price. Yet most OTC buyers have no clue as to how someone would sell billions at .0001 all day long... no kidding they are getting 30-70% profit all day long as long as the volume lasts.

But hilarious to hear these CEOs are trying to grow their company.. ba ha ha ha... more like grow their wallet...
