Consistency does not equal accuracy.

What has been 100% accurate is the statements made for the past 5 years that:
Tox will not be completed in '11.
Tox will not be completed in '12.
Tox will not be completed in '13.
Tox will not be completed in '14.
Tox will not be completed in '15.
All the while the company and longs were claiming it would be done in each of those years.

Now, I will go on record, as I have for 5 years, saying Tox will not be completed in '16.

I'm consistent AND accurate.

Anyone can be consistent if accuracy doesn't matter.
