I have said little about CEPSA other than they are not a top tier exploration company which they very obviously are not. I'd venture to say at least 90% of the people here never heard of CEPSA before ERHC partnered with them. Everybody has heard of the top tier which includes the Majors and large independents. CEPSA isn't in that league and I am sure they know that. It is no secret to them or anybody else with basic knowledge of the industry.
