It is huge. A huge disaster for ETST.

It is only an indication of bigger problems.

The new firm hasn't signed an audit report.

There are prior accounting failures, the Company is subject to investor suits and SEC action regardless of who they hire as their new auditor.

If the new auditor signs off then I would expect many more errors to be revealed.
