"...Klondex Mines Ltd. (TSX:KDX) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Shoreline Gold Inc. for $32 million on December 16, 2015. The consideration includes payment of $20 million in cash and $12 million in deferred payments in the form of a promissory note. Klondex is required to pay $4 million in each of the next three years on the anniversary of the closing date. The transaction is subject to regulatory and third party approvals and the satisfaction of other standard conditions precedent. The transaction is expected to close by end of January 2016.
