The CEO resigned from moderating this board - in my opinion a penny stock scammer. He issued news releases that content was on air then he indicated that the studio was having technical issues and is not on air. In my opinion false or misleading news releases designed to pump and dump stock.

The company in my opinion has a CEO who is not focusing on this business because he is focusing on a second launch of Punch TV network which is a relaunch after the first company failed.

Why does URBT trade at all? It has zero value in my opinion. Save your money and don't invest in this stock - donate it to a good cause, and let the scammers who were pumping and dumping this stock choke on the stock that has zero value. Also - be wary of Punch TV.
