Thanks Eli, hopefully this addition gets us one step closer to a plus or minus .50 cent buy out, (I can still dream) at which point a scuba diving trip to Florida could be in order. Diving Truk Lagoon would still be a pipe dream, maybe. To be honest, just breaking even would thrill me at this point...
