No mention of "new" or "old' made. And with the original I-Texts link still active, what effect do you suppose this will have on suspicions of your intent? The original link is still active, so what precisely was the point?

Also, the website was created only a few months before Frank announced receiving an investment from them

So? Hardly unusual to see any company (or any person for that matter) "jump-the-gun", so to speak.
