ohmyohmy, what do you mean by bailout? You mean a buy out? If so, it's been regurgitated over and over again that NOBODY would buy kallo. Nobody needs to. Kallo's name means squat because they haven't established anything. Plus, ANYONE, you or I, for example if we had the money could take kallo's entire idea and implicate it if we wanted to. Kallo doesn't own the idea of providing mobile and rural healthcare. ANYONE can do it. That's why Kallo lost out on the big $700 mill contract to provide mobile clinics and rural health care to Ghana, as it specifically states in the recent 10-k.

The Chrispod deal is the only thing they have going with Ghana, and as Kallo specifically stated in their 10-k, they don't have a binding agreement with Chrispod ltd, only that Kallo is one of many providers that Chrispod ltd is looking into to provide medical supplies, and "there is no guarantee that deal will ever materialize"-Kallo.

Also, the Chrispod deal is only for $20 mill I believe it stated. So you're only looking at a 'MAX' of a $20 mil valuation against what will be 9 billion OS by September or earlier.
