Based on our search, the Company has identified several potential opportunities with parties that have indicated some level of interest in considering a potential transaction with the Company that management believes would be appropriate and suitable for the Company to pursue. Management has commenced preliminary discussions with one of those parties to further explore the level of interest and to determine whether an appropriate financing partner can be identified to participate in any such potential transaction.
