4.5 CENTS, ANOTHER new, all, all TIME LOW

It just keeps sinking? It hit a record all time LOW earlier this week, making 4.9 CENTS on mega high volume of about 460K shares traded, mid week.

Now it's tanking to 4.6 CENTS, also on higher than avg volume (230K shares traded so far and about 2 hours left in the trading day), - for a nice RED Friday, close-out the week, USRM NEW ALL TIME LOW. Amazing !

0.0466 / 0.0501 (10000 x 10000)

Real time quote, right off the OTC market site. And the price just tagged 4.5 CENTS, bleeding RED on the day, DOWN another 9% as I'm writing this.

The Ask has now sunk to barely holding 5 lousy CENTS for most of this week- which tells me, that's the "new high range" IMO. The dilution boys have it now capped, topped out at about 5 CENTS looks like to me (Magna, Daniel James, Fourth Man, the usual USRM/Bioheart dilution, convertible debt suspects)

Just un-ending mega share dilution is all I see, and the consequences thereof. How can literally MILLIONS and MILLIONS of discounted dilution shares, continually hit the Ask/Sell-side and be soaked up w/o sinking the coomon share price??? I don't "get it"???

Looks like just more new ALL, ALL, ALL TIME LOWS to me, and more to come as far as I can see.

4.6 CENTS today, is a split corrected (the massive 1000 to 1 R/S reverse split of Nov 2015) is a split corrected .000046 now. And as of the latest 10-Q filed recently, there is now a split corrected 5 BILLION plus shares outstanding, and climbing rapidly, given the huge trading volume increases seen just this past week.

The stock's pace of collapse appears to me to be accelerating (see most recent chart- the slope is now nearly STRAIGHT DOWN and the daily volumes on same chart are climbing big time- meaning selling, lots of selling, and it's on ever increasing volumes), which to me thus looks like DILUTION shares continue to pour out by the dump truck full.

Not looking good here IMO. What's the upside? I don't see it? Dilution appears to trump all else at this point, and there's a LOT more dilution coming, given the amount of un-paid convertible debt sitting "on the books" as that recently SEC filed 10-Q, from just a few weeks ago.

My 4.6 CENTS worth today, for whatever it's worth. Which ain't much, LOL !!
