He agreed to appear on Monday the 23rd in N. Carolina supposedly, and the fugitive warrant was dropped. If he is a no-show, another fugitive warrant will be issued.

Think about it, Joel moved to Arizona to run a desert dirt scam in early 2014, while ducking felony charges in N. Carolina. And having just come off a year of a court-supervised program in Florida for another felony charge.
