No, not really a bullet dodged. That Mohave County case was just a fugitive warrant for Joel - was issued to assist N. Carolina courts in getting Joel to face his felony charges from 2013. He agreed to appear on Monday the 23rd in N. Carolina supposedly, and the fugitive warrant was dropped. If he is a no-show, another fugitive warrant will be issued.

Think about it, Joel moved to Arizona to run a desert dirt scam in early 2014, while ducking felony charges in N. Carolina. And having just come off a year of a court-supervised program in Florida for another felony charge.
