Just add 1.00 more and you have yourself 150 shares setting there for the picking, not to mention that would appear to set it up to go back into the 4.00s on the ask, IF the MMs are projecting actual shares available. I can tell you from watching the trading this morning, that the shares on the bid are NOT displayed accurately given the numbers traded and what is showing on Level II, BUT then again, this is nothing new in OTC land...inaccurate share counts (keeping in mind they are not required by FINRA to display anything versus the 100 shares as a placeholder)
