Reverse splits almost always exerts a psychological downward pressure on share price even though the cash value of your holdings is EXACTLY the same.

It is important that Capstone simultaneously start an active IR program and release some positive news release to counter those forces.

I would love to see some type of share buy back announcement to further mitigate these concerns.
