No problem. It's all about volume. If FEECQ got a burst of volume say a few million it could easily near the 001 marks very quickly. All these plays are capable of making huge moves if they get momentum/volume. Many plays like FEECQ can move from the 0001's to touch a penny or more at times which is a 100 times move. ONC& was 0001 in April and 004's today for a 40 times move in weeks. A ticker like FEECQ could easily make that same type move.
