We are the distributor of NANSULATE in Korea. We paid our first order about 8 months ago in full payment but we NEVER get the product from INTK. I asked her to refund our payment but we NEVER get the refund. What shoud I do? If anybody here can reach them, tell them to refund our MONEY!
