Yank...I followed you here to continue.I understand the dividend play on preferreds but why are you so neg about commons? It would take news in my opinion to raise the PPS on either. If the preferreds go up so should commons. I get the dilution factor but that has been baked in the price I believe...so again I ask...please share your investment rational and Thanks
