The Market Maker/Broker buys and sells for customer/funds that want to buy and sell stocks. They don't buy for themselves. Some buyer just told them that that they will buy 71,000 shares of VEND at .38. When VEND first went public I bought 20,000 shares for $1.85 and in two months I sold them for $9.42. I haven't been back in since then because I don't see this company coming back again. Poor management.
