from the time and sales it appears someone 'sold market', that's how the 0011 printed, the market makers didn't have time to reset their order and/or took advantage of the seller. but we recovered quickly.

Buy it, trade it, hold it, ignore it... do whatever your want, just
don't do it because of what I say.
