FCHS +.06 to 1.19

FCHS posted their Q1 a few days ago. They did indeed report their building sale and reported .36eps. They have $10 million in cash so the issue is whether they can leverage that money into buying more profitable operations. Made 569K from actual operations + 9.18 million from the building sale.
