1.10 plus years with no revenues ever from various ventures
2. A company with no paid employees
3. A company that fails to file SEC PAPERWORK on time
4.A company that has been banned from trading in Canada

I call that a scam,and the large dumps in recent days shows the scammer is unloading his shares when he can,knowing full well they are totally worthless.
