Nsph deal is pokers bluff, hence I wait
I got here thinking, I'll leave here thinking.
Via my system (albeit - imo no good during earnings): Sedg is a bad buy "for me" and my time frames...
Wwav I can't comment as I can't contemplate a buyout with such a large SS. (That's the kicker for me here with nsph---the dec financing...400% dilution rate via preferred....if I ever see that again against DIP that has also increased 300% over same time frame I will go all in irrelevant of pps....!!!! ----In oct/nov 2015, really thought buyout was coming January for mid $2's...then came the preferred deal dilution which I didn't know was possible....but it was and is...isn't it!?!?!??)
