I'll take a look and see if anything fits with what I'm working on...I've had a long time to work on it while i only had my attention here.

And.....my attention is still here at moment. I think the deal is missing something....and I can't move on to my new parameters until earnings sway has subsided...

I never came here becuase of pennies. I came here becuase the DIP loan....I stayed because the DIP loan....the only time I thought I should consider leaving was when "that Cayman Islands hedge" came in here.
