This has court action has nothing to do with any fantasy divvies. The deal between FFGO/Western and NMGL never happened. The deal was never completed. So, no divvies can ever be paid because no money or registered stock ever changed hands. The dividends issued to FFGO/Western are restricted and unregistered and will stay that way forever.

It was a con job to dump billions of shares to retail. The same group was involved in the phony buy and the sale of the mining leases to each other. Pure hype and misleading Pr's neither company ever intended to complete the mining lease sale. FFGO/Western and NMGL knew well in advance FFGO was going to be revoked and closed down - and would disappear forever - never to be found or heard from again
