Mentioned a few days ago, there is a possible base being formed after the retracement but the month ago move.

Check the slight higher highs and the higher lows on the chart since it settled down. More of this work could be another chance to witness a move up.
Focus on the signs of accumulation and if it continues the chances of an up move greatly improves.
