They walk away when the source of revs is gone...or when they are an alcoholic and wife abuser. McHenry is human...he's entitled to make mistakes. Clearly he was in a bad position a couple years ago. He got evicted from his home and was charged with battery and tampering with the witness.

My guess is the source of revs was gone and McHenry simply had nothing to file. Remember Virutone went bankrupt. He's probably moved on...does he still work for Matthew's international?
