It's basically a bogus PR...all of them are. PRs are covered under forward looking statement clauses so there is no penalty for making up BS claims to pump a stock.

MMMW has claimed to offer a variety of solar systems for sale for years on their website so the PR claim is nothing new...but no sales.......ever. There is no money, funding, or employees to achieve these "sales" at this point.

SEC filings have not been brought up to date as the PR suggests would happen.

MMMW did put up an advertisement on their facebook page for SolarCity(a competitor) but it appears that has since been removed after I suggested that advertising for a competitor is not in the best interest of shareholders and could result in court action against Ricker and the company.


That's all that has happened here.
