So based on

208 Billion Fundamental working off of 20% to shelter as much a possible...

The REIT should have a base Cap of $80 per share...

However, if you buy into the REIT at $5 you would have a increase capital gain wealth over time of $75 per share from the tax shelter...

So on 1,000,000 REIT shares @ $5,000,000.00 you would have a net gain in Wealth at $80 per share of $75,000,000.00 over time without paying taxes on it.

and the person or persons selling the REIT shares pays the tax on lets say 500,000,000 shares at $5 or 2.5 Billion. You then would only pay taxes on your Capital Gains minus deductions from income from the REIT if there is a dividend payment. If the REIT goes under or losses money then you have a capital gains loss, If it goes up you have a gain in wealth without the tax burden.

Probably why things are on edge with this election...

Real money is in those selling the shares...Those holding are put at higher risk if the shelter is changed or messed with...

Probably not as many Millionaires or Billionaires on paper in the world if the boat gets rocked...
