I am not sure I can give a clear answer at this point...only a general sense of what I am seeing...kind of like in "A Perfect Mind"

However a Venture is generally 3 or more people or companies that come together in a venture or project. Then there are Venture Capitalist that Vest in that venture.

If the venture fails they lose their venture capital. However they are generally wealthy enough to absorb the loss...

If things workout, like 8 billion in revenue they then look for ways to shelter their money like a REIT. Before truly going public...not in the stinky pink sense of public...

Have a ways to go...few more hoops to jump through...imo
