Lorsch never was in this to sell product

The product was simply the alibi to being accused of being a "Non practicing entity".

He bought the phr, and then never spent any time or effort updating or upgrading it. That it was on sale somewhere meant he wasn't a patent troll.

Lorsch rolled the dice on a big judgement/settlement and financed it (and his lifestyle) with shareholder dollars. Notice that once the patents were declared invalid, we never heard from MMRF again. If Lorsch is financing MMRF (a lie), then what has stopped MMRF from selling product all these years? Why is it that the only place the MMRF product was sold was online at Walgreens?

Think of all of those Australian vacations and rubbing elbows with stars and world leaders. Shareholders were told that would lead to deals. Really? Not a single one? c'mon What does Bob know about phr's? Heck, what does Bob know about running a company? Both companies he ran not only ultimately failed but were exposed to be more smoke than substance.

This was a classic pennystock scam. They all look like this. A kernel of truth. A real, but marginal product. Gobs and Gobs of hype and BS. Insiders profiting and outsiders paying.
